Kelly has been a part of Ashton Potter’s leadership team since 1994 and brings over 40 years of experience in the high security printing industry. As CEO, Kelly’s focus is to establish and implement the Company’s vision, mission, and overall direction to ensure long-term growth and profitability. In addition, he overseas sales and marketing initiatives. Kelly has degrees in Economics and Political Sciences (Western University) and Strategic Planning (Queen’s University Executive MBA Program), and is a member of NASPO International, International Tax Stamp Association and the USPS Quality Supplier Council.

Joseph Sheeran

Joseph Sheeran
President

Joe has been with Ashton Potter for over 45 years in various capacities serving most recently as Executive Vice President. As President, Joe’s responsibility is to manage the Company’s overall operations, ensuring the production departments run efficiently and meet the Company’s performance and financial goals. Joe is also responsible for customer contracts, Research & Development, and overall security. His education includes George Brown Technical College and the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation and hobbies include playing hockey, golf, and riding motorcycles.

Suzanne Glowacki

Director of Finance

Sue has been with Ashton Potter in various roles and serving as Director of Finance.  Sue has over 32-years of experience in building and leading finance teams.  Prior to joining Ashton Potter, Sue was Finance Director at The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Buffalo where she began her career and spent 28 years in multiple roles within the organization.  Sue is an Alumni of Medaille College where she received her BS in Accounting and MBA.  Her hobbies include cooking, traveling, gardening and enjoying time with her grandchildren.

Daryl Demont
Director of Process Improvement

Daryl originally joined Ashton Potter in 1992 where he worked in multiple areas of production prior to his role as Prepress Manager for 25 years. During the last two years he was a Technical Solutions Advisor covering the Northeast Region for an Industry Leader in the flexographic and gravure markets. Recognized as a strategic thinker with critical attention to detail, his extensive background in print production management will support his role as Director of Process Improvement.

Mary Knott

Mary joined the Ashton Potter team in 2020. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia, and earned her MBA from Canisius College of Buffalo where she was the recipient of the outstanding MBA award.  With over 30+ years in the print industry she brings experience in R&D, new product stage gate development, and quality management to the team.

Garth Zambory brings nearly four decades of experience operating in the global security printing industry to his role at Ashton Potter. He is an active member of the Document Security Alliance, a thought leadership organization leading the document security discussion, as well as several ISO (International Standards Organization) Working Groups related to document and brand security. As Director of Sales, Government Documents, Garth will combine his wealth of knowledge in security printing and brand protection to solve our customers’ most complex supply chain challenges through our ProLinc® and high security printing solution.
